IPL 2018 Schedule, Venue, Dates, Match Details & Complete Fixture

The upcoming tournament Indian Premier League 2018 is scheduled to start in the first week of April 2018 and will continue till third week of May 2018. One of the most demanding cricket event, IPL has successfully completed it’s 10 season and the upcoming tournament is the 11th season of the League. IPL 2018 Schedule is not announced by the officials but the tentative date is April-May 2018. We will update the exact date as soon as we get any information from officials.

IPL is Twenty20 format cricket event and is played every year in India as CPL is played in West Indies. As always, there will be total 60 matches which includes 56 League matches and 4 Play-off including grand finale. The top four team ranking in the standing table of 2018 will qualify for the play-offs. In the play-offs there is a Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2 and an elimination round including the Finals is played.

This year Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals are back and is confirmed by Board of Control for Cricket in India. Now the big question is how many team will play in the coming League. Is there will be 10 teams or Rising Pune Supergiants and Gujarat Lions will ends up their journey in the IPL T20.

If we look onto previous year stats, Mumbai Indians won the title by defeating RPS. The performance by Pune team were amazing but unfortunately they got defeated by small margin.
